100 push ups

In our previous post we mentioned being able to do 100 push ups. In case you want to join us in reaching this goal, here's a good site to develop the ability to do so:

We'll add these work outs to our routine.

Chapter 2

Five days have passed since the start of our project. Now we take stock of our progress by having an interview with Pahlavan Alborz.

Pahlavan Sahand: Pahlavan Alborz, we've been hard at work for the past couple of days. Sweating and working out at home. How do you feel?

Pahlavan Alborz: I feel great! There is a great power rising within me!

PS: Compared to your final goal, how far do you think you've come?

PA: Well, it's hard to measure Pahlavan-ness in numbers, but if one has to, for instance you could state that a Pahlavan has to be able to do 100 push ups without much effort. After six days of working out I can already do 15.

PS: That's amazing, that's 15% of your goals achieved in as little as 5 days. Aren't you afraid of reaching your goal too soon?

PA: Reaching a goal too soon only means you have to set higher goals for yourself.

PS: Well said Pahlavan. Now, something else. When you started this project you weighed a respectable 115.8 kilograms. Now you're down to 114.3, aren't you afraid of losing your Pahlavan-ness if you continue like this?

PA: There is no need to worry about that. True Pahlavan-ness is in the inside. And if anything, the amount of Pahlavan-ness per kilogram has improved.

PS: A final question. How will the project proceed?

PA: After days of rigorous exercise at home we are confident to take on the gyms. Tomorrow we will subscribe and in this way take our efforts to the next level. And don't worry dear fans, we will take a camera crew with us to document the event.

There you have it dear folks, as you can see the project goes along smoothly. If you have any comments for the brothers, let us know under the posts.
